Not sure what to say?

Miss you, buddy! Still think of you often.

Thinking of you today, Gavyn! We went past your resting place last month while we were visiting our grandmother. Continue to sleep well. You are missed!

Today is the last day for your guest book but don't think this will be the end of our conversations. It was a lonely but productive year. I will miss writing to you. Calvin is doing really well in school at Alice Deal and he loves it. He also is playing the trombone now. We regret that you will miss his recital. We will see you when we get there. Continue to take care and say hello to grandpa and Bubba. Truly missing you!!!!

Goodbye for now.

I am just getting a chance to write to you. Calvin and I always think of you. The boys will be in the 7th grade this year. They are growing so fast. They also miss you. Every time we walk pass 20th Street, we laugh about you taking down the wallpaper.

We will continue to celebrate your life in everything we do.

Sincerely,

I thought about you yesterday as I do everyday I will always remember you. Cousin... You keep it real all the time and you were never fake. I miss you...

When I miss you, I don't have to go far ... I just have to look inside my heart because that's where I'll find you. by Unknown

Elliot I can't believe it's been a year since God called you home. We're missing your laugh and all the crazy stories you used to tell. Until we meet again. We love you always.

At some point this time had to come, and yes with time it helps us to move on with life ... as tomorrow officially marks one year since your passing, the 18th was the last day me and you spent together...with so many thoughts going through my mind about then and now...this prayer still stands out to me...

Serenity Prayer-
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

We did celebrate your birthday by being quiet and still. We not only think of you on your birthday but everyday. When I go downstairs, I can still see you playing with the toy bumble bee at my house and Yndia and Patrice. Miss you. See you later.
