LIMA - Ellis Gene Buettner, 91, passed away at 4:35 p.m. on Tuesday at Mercy Health St. Rita's Medical Center. Memorial Service will begin at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home with visitation 2 hours prior to the service.
Read MoreMr. and Mrs. Buettner were wonderful neighbors who provided us neighbor kids a great place to come over and play in the best "Southwood" style. They were an outstanding family and wonderful neighbors. The world was a much better place having Mr. Buettner in it.
