Ruth & family,
Joe was one of my favorite uncles. He was good to us Halvorsen kids, but I especially enjoyed him as an adult. He was very easy to talk to and I appreciated his advice about business. I will always remember he and Dad returning from their fishing trips on the Klamath River, laughing and joking and just enjoying each other.
My thoughts are with you all.
