Elva Flores

My sincere condolences to the family. Both my daughter and I were grateful to have known her and were heartbroken to have heard of her passing. She was always such a kind and caring "Tia Elva". I will miss our talks. She had such happy moments to share with each call. May God hold her in his infinite grace. Rest in Peace Mrs. Elva. He's got another angel in his kingdom.

Elva was one of the most loving people I ever met. We worked together since 1975. She was a gracious Lady that listened to all who came and gave loving and experienced advice. She always was about her clients and their families. As a former banker, I understand her moves to the bank which is inline with her values and that of her clients and really family after all these years. She was a true gift to all that knew her and those she gave her love. Her son and all who knew her, she was a gift....

Roberto y familia My wife and I share in your loss. Since I worked with her at First City, she has always been the closest of friends for my siblings, but especially to David, Virginia, and Gloria Zepeda. I will truly miss her. Rudy Zepeda and family.

Dear Elva, Your legacy and example made the world a better place. You´re know me as one of Latin Women´s Initiative´s "fairy god mothers" among the founding leaders 30 years ago who helped shaped the organization into what it is today. As a neighbor, you were always smiling and caring and such a joy to be with. We miss you! Thank you for your love and for setting such an example to follow.
