Emidio J. Rossi

If Mel was still with us, I'd call him every week to talk about the Ravens. We would get together and watch the game. Mel always treated me to pizza or the dinner of the week. Mel patiently taught me about football. I miss him most now and for his birthday. If anyone deserves his place in heaven, our Emidio is there right now.

Mel Ross (as my mother knew him) was her best friend when she lived on Eastern Ave. The picture of the 2 of them is circa 1927. After my mother passed away a few years ago I found letters from Mel - they had stayed in touch all those many years. We visited with Mel a few years ago and I introduced him to my family. He was a very special man. He gave me something I treasure - a set of marbles with his and my mother's initials scratched on the box.

I knew Mel through his good friend Joe Manfre. Mel was a wonderful, kind soul who I was happy to become acquainted with at Charm City Fitness. My condolences to his family

My Dear Friend Mel, you are in heaven now with God and The Blessed Virgin whom you Dearly Loved. You will be greatly missed by me and all those lucky enough to have known you, Rest in Peace.

Molto triste di aver perso un cugino,anche se non ci siamo mai incontrati fisicamente ma i nostri scambi di messaggi via internet ha forgiato un legame che le nostre famiglie avevano continuato ad alimentare nel ricordo.
Mi dispiace tanto caro cugino Emidio i tuio gentili messaggi mi mancheranno molto,porta con te la mia affezzione e dai un bacio da parte mia ai tuoi famigliari e salutami nella stessa occasione anche i miei saranno tutti li con te in paradiso
