Kathleen and Paul Dowen, Andrew and Jessica...We are neighbors on Robbins Street. Emile was the very first person Kathleen spoke to when we were looking at the house. When he spoke to Dorothy that day he said "I met the new neighbors"! ha we had not even decided yet.. he just knew and he was correct. We enjoyed his friendship for 17 years along with Dorothy.
