Not sure what to say?

Emily was a sweet, classy lady. She made be feel so welcome and acceped as another daughter. I am so happy she was a part of Jim's life and I know she will be missed.

Emily was my stepmother. She will always be in my memory as a kind and giving person. She took wonderful care of my father and I know my father truly loved and adored her. Please accept my sincerest condolences.

My deapest sympathy is for you you all! Miss Melissa, Olivia (my bestie) Brantly, I know my Mommy has a wonderful Mom to be with now! I love you all and I will always be here.
Sincerely,
Leigha King and Family

We, in Bryson City, always looked forward to Emily's visits. She had a sweet spirit, a giving heart and a flair for sharing her thoughts and knowledge, especially in our Bible study group. It was an honor and a privilege to know her.

I only knew her as Mrs. Buddin. She was my home room and Math teacher in the 7th grade. She encouraged and challenged me. We need more teachers like her today. Her love for teaching molded minds and built character in her students.

I pray God will grant her family peace during this time.

Miss Emily was a lovely lady and I enjoyed talking with her when she came to get her medicine. Time and prayer are the keys to healing pain I offer you both. She will be missed by many.

My thoughts and prayers are with each of you. Emily was a dear friend of mine ,Frances Tucker's and Mary Jailette and all the others who grew up with her and her family in Society Hill.
I remember all of you when you visited our church in Society Hill-when you were very young. My love to Duncan and Polly and all the family.
Love,
Grace Blackman

Our thoughts and prayers are with all who knew and loved Emily. She was a special person and we will always hold her memory in our hearts.
Love and deepest sympathies to you all,
Stephen and Gail Findlay
