Not sure what to say?

I remember how much fun Emily was. I hung out with a bunch of her kids and loved the whole family. Good Bye good friend, I love you and will always remember your booming voice and great smile.

I remember Emily being a cool mom. I hung out with her kids and it was always fun. She was a wonderful person. I will always remember my old friends

I am so sorry for all the Lattimores. It's a huge loss. I remember Emily well from ages ago. I kept up with her magnificent poetry. Her words and images were magnificent--supple and wise. My first memory may be of her father, Mr. Lewis, explaining Renoir to me and a little thing: Clare's birthday was September 8th? That may be a fickle fugitive memory, however. I recall wonderful music, fantastic literature, and thick delicious soups from the Bishop Street days.

I remember Emily from a time when I was young and had no idea how to be a good person. She was always very kind to me. Her family was wonderful, and all of the children were so amazing! I am happy for her that she had such a vibrant life. She definitely has influenced mine!

Many fond memories of Emily and the entire Lattimore family, from life in Providence to North Haven, summer of 1969! Farewell Emily!

Emily was always so full of love for her family. I held her in high regard. Safe travels good friend.

Emily graced us with her presence as a member of Maine Media Women for many years. I treasured our talks together enroute to meetings. Always discovering something new & wonderful about her... Loved & missed..

You were always around on the island during the summer when I was growing up there. Remember you well. Sad to see memories like this fade. My sympathy to your family.

So sorry about the loss of your mother. She sounds like a very impressive woman who raised a beautiful girl named Clare. Blessings to Emily´s entire family
