Not sure what to say?

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Phil:
I had a weak feeling inside when I read the story in the paper. I was hoping it wasn't your daughter, but unfortunately it was. They say that our greatest hopes and worst fears are seldom realized, but in this case they were. I wish you and your family the love and strength to survive this terrible event. Dear Bess, Dub and Phil,
I remember Emma has a sweet little kindergartner at Wilson Hill, eager to learn and make friends. My heartfelt condolences to all of you. May God's peace be with you.

Dear Mr. Stanger, Bess, and Dub,
We spent many summers with Emma at Brookside. She taught my youngest son, Owen, how to swim and was his coach on the swim team. Emma was very special to Owen and our family loved and admired her. Emma was a wonderful young woman...beautiful, smart, and kind. I was so excited that she pledged Kappa Alpha Theta for I am a Theta too. We will miss Emma so much and our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

She loved Chicago and spoke about how proud her dad was of her attending the University. We were all so saddened to hear the news of her...
