Emogene Elliott Obituary
Family-Placed Death Notice
Mrs. Emogene Keller McDaniel "Jean" Elliott, age 70 of Marietta, Georgia, died Sunday, September 7, 2003. A graduate of King's Business College in Charlotte, North Carolina, Mrs. Elliott retired from Lockheed Martin after 12 years service. She enjoyed traveling, antiques and spending time with her family. Mrs. Elliott was preceded in death by her brother, William Roy McDaniel, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Bob Elliott, her son and daughter in-law, Rob and Terry Rich Elliott of Acworth, Georgia; her granddaughter, Erika Rich Elliott of Acworth and her sister and brother in-law, Katie and W.M. "Buddy" Martin of Old Fort, North Carolina. A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 11 at 1:00 p.m. at Canton Hill. The family will receive friends Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour at the funeral home. Online tributes may be posted at www.mem.com. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Siloam Presbyterian Church, Old Fort, NC 28762. Arrangements by H.M.
