I could always tell that he and Donna were devoted to each other. He was a really good guy but I rejoice that he is in the arms of our Lord and Savior

What a shock to hear of Eric's passing. A totally different querie sent me to Al Oemings obituary. Then another to see if Eric's name came up.
I knew Eric as a teen and then a young man when I was growing up in Jasper, Alberta. Several good times were had hiking, skiing, and generally horsin' around! He'll be missed by his many friends in Jasper and beyond. My sincere condolenses to his entire family!!

Eric was a great story teller. I will always remember the wonderful tales of his adventures growing up that he would share. His many efforts to help others in need was fantastic; he touched the lives of many. I will miss him, but never forget him.
