Not sure what to say?

Melissa, I'm sure that the time has not made the loss any easier. I hope you are coping and adjusting as time goes on. I lost my brother many years ago, so I know that the loss always lingers.

I loved this man and I will miss him...bad! He was a good friend and colleague. One of the coolest dudes around! My heart is so heavy. Condolences to Melissa and the kiddo's.

Melissa,
I was saddened and shocked to hear about Eric's unexpected passing. All my best wishes to you and your family and may you find comfort at this difficult time.

Melissa, It has been a very long time since my days at Proton with you two. You guys were so cool and nice. Down to Earth and just good people. I was so shocked and truly sad to hear about Eric's sudden passing. My brother dies about 10 years ago with very little warning; gone in just a few hours. Life is not always fair and never goes as planned. I will be away for the calling ours in NY. If I can arrange it, I will try to make the funeral ceremony. Words will never say enough to...

I´m heartbroken for the family´s loss and you have my sympathy and prayers. I graduated from Ligonier Valley HS with Eric and remember him as a fun friend to everyone who smiled easily and laughed at the typical goofy nonsense we participated in as kids. Praying for your peace and comfort.

Eric was a treasured partner to so many people. I was co-worker with Eric, and so valued the opportunity to work with him. Losing Eric in this untimely fashion is such a tragedy. He was a steady hand on the tiller - always listening, consistently fair, decisive, and with great judgement. My heart goes out to Melissa and their kids, and his extended family.
