Son, One year ago today was the saddest day of our lives. We recieved the call that you had been killed. We have grieved for you every day and will continue to do so until we join you at the end of our lives. Not hearing your voice or seeing you has been very hard.

Know that we will love you and your beautiful daughter forever, whether near or far. She is part of all of us and always will be.

It is hard to believe that there was a time that the only thing we worried about at Christmas was what was under the Christmas tree.
