Read MoreMy condolences to Eric's family. He and I were "on the opposite sides" of a very contentious case in the late 1990's. The case "settled". There is no doubt Eric was instrumental in resolving the matter. The profession has lost not only an extremely talented attorney but more importantly a gentleman whose "word was his bond".
