Erik Banks

Erik Banks was my Philosophy / Critical Thinking professor for my first semester ever at Wright State University. I was excited for the class more than my others due to my prior interest in the subjects it covered, and Dr. Banks did not disappoint. We never had the pleasure of meeting Erik in person but we knew of his many accomplishments by the proud words spoken and told to us by his father. Richard was very proud of his son and his professional achievements. He is a tragic loss to his family and his colleagues. Our condolences to Richard and his family on this all too soon passing.

Erik was a bright light to all who knew him; fun-loving, intelligent, compassionate and caring.He will be greatly missed because he was greatly loved by all who knew him.I am devastated - he was my first -born son.
