My dearest brother it has been a year since you left this world to enter the golden gates!! The Lord wanted a special angel that day in March so he took you!! It was and still is so hard! But you are not hurting anymore!! Will see you again one day!! Love your baby sister!!!

I will miss you my old fiend, I hope and pray God knows what a special person he is getting. Airborne and my your landings be soft ones.

Even though I had not seen Gene in over 40 plus years I still find it hard to think of him as gone. I was 15 and in the 9th grade and he was a senior in high-school in 1968, when I first met Gene at Newberry's department store in Waynesboro. We dated off and on for 3 years and then in the summer of 1971 we went our separate ways. From looking at the video tribute you,he and your families had a wonderful life and made many memories together. Gene has gone on to be with his Heavenly Father but...

Gene and Vonda were wonderful neighbors to me and my daughter for many years. I have amazing memories of fall hayrides & and just good people. My heart goes out to you Vonda, God be with you.
