I am having trouble expressing my loss of Ernie. We grew up together in DeKalb and Rochelle. We played with each other and against each other until high school graduation. Then we were room mates at MSU for 4 years. I graduated a year after he did, and we kind of went ue separate ways. I did help marry him off. We were so sorry to hear of Uncle Ernest´s passing. I do remember spending time at Diane and Ernie´s home we would always have the most incredible meal as Aunt Diane was the most brilliant cook! Uncle Ernie was very quite but when he had something to say it was always enlightening and brilliant or very funny. I remember his smile the most it always seemed warm and welcoming.
