Not sure what to say?

I wanted to thank everyone who has contributed to this guest book for all their kind sentiments and support. These are very hard times and this all helps us. Ernie was a wonderful father-in-law and friend and a special grandfather to our children. A marvelous person, he dreamed big dreams and then he carried them out, a classic American success story. He had a big heart and the world is a less warm and friendly place with his passing.

Mary Lou, I will miss the interesting talks with my favorite brother. Far but only a phone call away. We solved all the world's problems and always had a good laugh. I will miss him dearly. Love, Flo

Marylou,
I treasure our last visit with Ernie at dealership. He was always a delight to engage in a business conversation. Through all those years of United Way connection he never revealed his WW2 experience.
A bit of history lost by another member of the "Greatest Generation".
We all feel a sense of loss at his
passing. Our hearfelt condolences to you and the family.God Bless.

Ernie was priceless in his many roles. What touches me the most is Ernie's down-to-earth approach to people. He had...

Mary Lou,
I was so sorry to hear of Ernie’s passing. Over the years I have learned to love and appreciate Ernie for the man he was to others and the friend he was to my grandpa (Walter Horst). He was one in a million and we were all blessed to have known him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

We were so sorry to hear of Ernie's passing. I have many fond memories of Ernie, especially him playing with Dylan last summer and how much fun they both had. Our thoughts are with you.
Love, Kaley and Peter D'Amico
