I still share "that just rips my shorts" with friends. We need your sense of humor and humility now more than ever, Pete! I can only imagine how much his family misses him.

Pete was such a fun loving man and always positive to everyone. Teaching with him was an experience I will never forget. The world has lost a man with a huge personality! I know his family will miss him terribly.

A wonderful tribute to a wonderful man. In my mind's eye will always see him in his driveway anxious to talk to or help out his beloved neighbors.

We loved having Pete as our neighbor. Such a kind and caring man.

I loved seeing Pete's smiling face when he came into the dental office where I work! I was friends with he and his wife outside the office so I always got a hello kiss when I called him back and loved the reaction of our other patients! He had a great sense of humor and a love of life that was undeniable. We lost one of the good guys when we lost Pete and my world is a little darker for it

Wow! What a loss! Pete was one amazing individual. As a colleague of Pete's, I had the privilege of seeing him in a variety of settings. He ALWAYS had a sense of humor--even in tense situations. More than once I heard him say, "That just rips my shorts!" I never heard anyone else say those words; they must have been original with Pete. He was humble, kind, thoughtful, and, most of all, a professional. He was ALWAYS willing to offer a helping hand to whomever needed it. Pete knew how to...
