To all of Ethel´s family: I wish there was something I could do or say that could help with the pain and sadness. Ethel was kind and caring and warm and welcoming and always always had a smile on her face. I don´t think I will ever forget her laugh. God bless Ethel. She is finally reunited with Ilio - - the husband she adored and her beautiful daughter Lisa. And God bless her wonderful family who inherited these great traits.

Our deepest sympathy and prayers for the DiPaolo family on the loss of your dear mother. We had the pleasure of meeting her several years ago at a dinner at your restaurant honoring the memory of your father, during the annual Italian festival. My mother, Deianice Castrodale Rottaris, who grew up in Introdaqua, Italy, always spoke fondly of your mother and father.
