Mr. and Mrs. Allen possessed a quiet godly spirit. I remember them well from The Greater First Baptist Church, Mt. Pleasant Plains, where they were right-standing members in body of Christ. I remember visiting with them and drinking lemonade on the front porch. We had lively conversations about being the best that I could be.
