Eugene Kopecky Obituary

Eugene E. Kopecky of Antioch Mass for Eugene E. Kopecky, 46, will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Mary's of the Annunciation Catholic Church (at the small church), 22333 W. Erhart Road (at route 60 and Erhart Road), Mundelein. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Mundelein. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at Marsh Funeral Home, 305 Cemetery Road, Gurnee. Born Dec. 15, 1958, in Chicago, the son of Erwin and Theresa (nee Guido) Kopecky, he passed away Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005, at his home. He married Connie Milazzo in 1994. He was employed with Professional Plumbing in Barrington for several years. He was a member of the Plumber Union Local 130. Eugene enjoyed fishing in Canada and Harleys. He could build or fix anything and was very hardworking. He will be missed. He is survived by his wife of almost 11 years, Connie; daughter, Carla Kopecky; parents, Erwin and Theresa Kopecky of Grayslake; brothers, Vincent (Sharon) Kopecky of Schaumburg, Carmine (Teresa) Kopecky of Las Vegas and Erwin (Roxanne) Kopecky of Lake Villa; sister; Annamarie (Tony) Brzezniak of Wheeling; 16 nieces and nephews; and four great nieces and nephews.
