My condolences to Jacque and the rest of the family. I had the pleasure of meeting Joy as a Home Health Patient a couple of years ago. Also I remember Ted fondly. Joy's kitties will surely miss her

I love the pictures in the FPA newsletter of Joy demonstrating pen work. She has always been a special friend to my mother, Ann Duggins, and myself. I have missed her all ready; but know she is happier now and out of pain. She has always worked hard for Fresno Porcelain Artists and has been President in the past.
