I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My condolences to the Phelps and Campbell family. We attended high school together. She was a beautiful person inside and out. Although it has been 44 years she still has that same beautiful smile. God BLess the family.

So sorry to hear this. A true southern Lady; I remember the day I met her, I complimented her penny loafers; then learned she was a fellow South Carolinian. She will be surely missed by our Scouting family. Rest in Peace Eunice, well done.

So very sorry to learn of Eunice's passing. Our paths crossed numerous times through Commissioner Service here in Central Florida Council. She was always available to assist with Commissioner Training events and I called on her several times to do just that. It was also my pleasure to assist her in her endeavor to earn her Doctorate Degree for the College of Commissioner Science.
