Evan William Murdoch

One of the humblest and kindest people I've ever met. He had such a sense of humor. I will always cherish the memory's of sunny days on the river with Evan,molly and all our other friends. Rest up my friend we have more sunny days to share. Nelson 3/25

I am so sorry for your loss. I just read what was written above and you guys pin pointed exactly how I remember Evan. I hadn't seen Evan since I was a teen. We talked a few yrs ago and tried to get together and it didn't work out. I wish it so had. Our friendship started in grade
school Evan a kind warm hearted friend . He was soft spoken ,very polite, smart, funny and loyal .
I still remember last time i seen you . You had worked all day and you was tired and fell asleep over at my place in the chair and " i let you sleep ".

What a very sad ending to a beautiful life, I am so sorry Kitty and Bill for you and for your family. Kitty - we worked together many many years ago at U of O and I remember your family was primary in your life, my heart goes out to you for your loss.

We are so sorry for your loss, Murdoch family. You have been on our hearts and minds every day. Evan's brother Andy is one of my brother's dearest lifelong friends, and although I had not seen Evan in many years, I remember them all running around when we were kids like it was yesterday. May he rest in peace, and the love that surrounds you all help get you through this unimaginably difficult time.
