To the Finnie Family-
On behalf of my mom, Claudine Simon we wish you all well during this time. Our family's go way back starting out together on Holmes Avenue and continuing the family ties in to the second generation with the privilege of remaining friends with Bill and Glenda. Best wishes, Scott & Teresa Simon

Tom & Bill,

Very sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. Aunt Evelyn was a wonderful lady, and she spent most of the time whenever I talked to her bragging about her children and grandchildren. She and Uncle Tom are two of the reasons it is an honor to have this name. Wonderful benfactors to the University of Kentucky, as well.

So sorry to hear of Moes death. She was quite a lady. I know this will be a hard time for all of you. My prayers and sympathy to the whole family.

We can't just talk about Evelyn..it was always Evelyn and Tom...they were dear friends....Tom was a mentor.... in later years when I would call him, it was always a joy to talk to Evelyn first. Those two defined the true meaning of a Lady and a Gentleman....in all the fundamental things that matter... family, church leader, civic leader, national leader, and friend to literally thousands....God Bless and Keep them.
