Tom & Bill,

Very sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. Aunt Evelyn was a wonderful lady, and she spent most of the time whenever I talked to her bragging about her children and grandchildren. She and Uncle Tom are two of the reasons it is an honor to have this name. Wonderful benfactors to the University of Kentucky, as well.

We can't just talk about Evelyn..it was always Evelyn and Tom...they were dear friends....Tom was a mentor.... in later years when I would call him, it was always a joy to talk to Evelyn first. Those two defined the true meaning of a Lady and a Gentleman....in all the fundamental things that matter... family, church leader, civic leader, national leader, and friend to literally thousands....God Bless and Keep them.
