Evelyn Jean Langman

Mrs. Langman worked as a substitute teacher at Kerrydale Elementary School for many years, when I first met her I thought the kids were gonna run her over. Well I was wrong! She was a firecracker! She definitely didn´t let the kids get away with murder! As I got to know her she was very old school, I loved it, no nonsense she told you like it was. The kids loved her and she loved the kids. We all waited to get the langmans famous peanut brittle at Christmas. She will be missed. Mickey Parnell

When I think of Evelyn, I remember a warm, loving, faith-filled, funny friend who made me laugh. We shared so many wonderful times at church events and in the choir. I remember when I was recovering from shoulder surgery, the Langman´s let me rehab in their pool. When Bob and I were engaged to be married, Evelyn and the choir made sure I had a bridal shower!
