My condolences go out to the Franklin-Hall family. I have known Louise most of my life, and any loss diminishes us all. She will sorely be missed. Her bright and beaming smile will never be seen again in this life, but if we hold fast to out beliefs, we will see her again. She was loved and cherished by all.
