My condolences go out to the Franklin-Hall family. I have known Louise most of my life, and any loss diminishes us all. She will sorely be missed. Her bright and beaming smile will never be seen again in this life, but if we hold fast to out beliefs, we will see her again. She was loved and cherished by all.

THE FRANKLIN AND HALL FAMILIES: JIMMY AND I ARE THINKING OF ALL OF YOU THROUGH THIS DIFFICULT TIME. WE WORKED WITH LOUISE AND MANY OTHER FRANKLIN FAMILY MEMBERS AT BUTLER COUNTY JUVENILE THROUGH THE YEARS. WE ENJOYED WORKING WITH LOUISE AND SHE CONTINUED TO BE A WONDERFUL FRIEND AFTER SHE LEFT THERE. SHE HAD A HEART OF GOLD AND MADE A DIFFERENCE IN MANY YOUTHS LIVES. WE HAD REALLY GOOD TIMES TOGETHER. SHE WILL BE MISSED BUT SHE LEFT MANY GREAT MEMORIES TO CHERISH. YOU ARE ALL IN OUR PRAYERS! JIMMY AND TERESA ROUSE
