Fannie Wong

I had the pleasure of treating Fannie in our medical office. I had to do a double take at her chart as I couldn’t believe she was truly 101 at that time. She hopped up onto the exam table like someone in their 50’s! She was a joy and will be missed. Condolences to her family.

Few people could keep up with Fannie even in her advanced age. She was an avid ice-skater, tennis player, skier, dancer, and world traveler. She was never considered “elderly” as she was always very active even entering her later years. Even though she was in her late 90’s, she had a great appetite, as she could devour steak the size of her head! But she always remained petite. And in her 90’s she was still jetting off to Hawaii. She had 3 to daughters and a son who were always there...
