Felipe was a very good man, although we were on different sides of the law we had a mutual respect for each other, he was fair and treated us with respect, but when it came down to the nitty-gritty he did his job and handled his business. Adios Amigo mio.

Phil was a great man who taught many young men and women a great deal about not only about his career path, but about life in general. My heart goes out to the whole family, just always remember how great of a man Phil was to be with, and how he will live forever in all of memories.

I am so sorry for your loss. I know your pain and sadness. Please know that I love you all and you are in my prayers. Tio was such a strong and determined man but God needed another Angel.
