My deepest condolences to the Arellano family.
I had the privilege to meet Mr. F. Arellano, and family. I remember him visiting our school campuses. He cared so much for his family, work family and his community.
Det. Arellano would talk to us about drugs and how important it is to stay away from drugs and to stay in school! THANK YOU! I also had the great honor of having a wonderful friendship with his son Felipe Jr., throughout our elementary and high school years. I am sure that Mr. F. Arellano Sr., continues to be deeply missed.
With so much love,
The Perez-Beserra family. El Monte, CA

Arellano Family I am deeply sorry for your loss, my prayers go out to you.
Felipe was a very good man, although we were on different sides of the law we had a mutual respect for each other, he was fair and treated us with respect, but when it came down to the nitty-gritty he did his job and handled his business. Adios Amigo mio.

Phil was a great man who taught many young men and women a great deal about not only about his career path, but about life in general. My heart goes out to the whole family, just always remember how great of a man Phil was to be with, and how he will live forever in all of memories.

Tia Sara and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I know your pain and sadness. Please know that I love you all and you are in my prayers. Tio was such a strong and determined man but God needed another Angel. I feel so much sadness that I can not be with all of you at such a difficult time but you are in my heart and thoughts. Lots of love, hugs and kisses to all of you!

Tia Sara and Cousins,
I know there is nothing I can say that will make this difficult time any easier but it will, with time, get a little easier. Treasure the memories you made with him as I treasure the memories of my visit many years ago. My Tio will always be in your hearts as well as mine. Tia, Phillip, Andy, Marie - I love you all very much and wish I could be there to give you all a big hug and comfort you but I am there in heart and spirit.
