Felix Labrador, 59, of Topeka, died November 5, 2011 at Midland Hospice House. He will lie in state after 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, where a Parish Rosary will be prayed at 6 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the church....
