In 1981 the Air Force moved us to Washington, DC area after five years in UC. Our last meal in town was as many had been - at Felix's. He "treated" us that night - something we'd never had a eating establishment do. Rest well Felix - you touched many lives and your kindness will always be remembered. The Austins
