I counted you, Felix, as a friend, then a coworker, sometimes an adversary, sometimes an advocate but all the time a professional. Your family should be proud of your accomplishments in life- I know you do Kaye. I know your resting in peace cause I can hear your laugh.

I remember as a little girl my grandmother, Adriana would pick me up from school at St. Ann's and bring me back to work with her. I remember Felix's laugh and he was a very kind man. I know they all had great times together working in HR. Sending my deepest condolences to Kaye and all of Felix's family.

Felix was the kindest man. He taught me a lot, when I started state government in HR. He was a man of equanimity, sharpness and empathy. We need more people like him in this world. Nothing but good memories. You are so well remembered. Take care, Felix ...

Uncle Phil, as I call him was one of my father's dearest friends. He was there for my dad and my family at some of the happiest times and the hardest moments. I'm so heartbroken to know you're gone and you will be missed. I wish we could have one more conversation and I could hear your encouraging words. I Love you.
To Kaye, Scott and the rest of the family, you have my deepest condolences. My mom and I are trying to contact you.

Truly a gentleman. He was an amazing man with a big heart. He and Kaye and I were very good friends when we all worked for the state. But as things happen, we lost touch. I would run into Felix every once in a while at the grocery store and it was always a pleasure. We would reminisce about days past. And would laugh and laugh. We had lots of fun times together.
Kaye you have my most sincere condolences. Please send me your contact information. I would love to see you.

Perhaps the kindest most generous person I have ever known. His wisdom echoes within my heart this day. I will miss you Dad. Indeed I will miss you greatly. I love you...

Felix was kind and generous and was one of my best mentors and one of my staunchest supporters.
He was the epitome of what it means to be a civil servant.
His role was difficult, as pleasing elected officials, while sticking up for what is right and not losing your soul in the process, is not easy.
Kaye, I'm not sure you remember me but Shelley and I were childhood friends. It was a "small world moment" when I found out from Felix that you were his partner. I am so very sorry for your loss and send my heartfelt condolences to you and your family at this difficult time.

I am so saddened to hear about Felix's death. He was my boss for 4 years, and became a very good friend. He had so much class, and was so genuine and kind. Katie and Felix were such a devoted couple. My heart goes out to Katie and Scott his son. My prayers and thoughts are with you! May his soul be eternal!
