Felix R. Perkowsky

Mary. my condolences to you and your family. In his field Felix was a brilliant guy. More importantly, he was a person of integrity, honesty and honor. He told me not that long ago that he "lived too much inside his head" and tragically this was probably so. Given the chance and a few different twists and turns over the years he could have contributed significantly to advances in engineering, experienced greater peace and been a good friend to many as he was to me.
