I just found out that Phil had passed away I am so sorry Patti for your loss in the loss of his whole family he was a great boss to work for many years ago and I´ll never forget his kindness to me and everyone who worked for him God bless him And may he rest in peace Sheila

My deepest sympathy to Patti, families, and friends. Phil was a fine Naval Officer, great boss, and wonderful friend to me when we served and worked together in the U.S. Navy some fifty years ago. We overcame the challenges and enjoyed many good times together. He was always kind to me and my family, and generous to a fault. We stayed in touch as best we could over the years, and I will always remember Phil fondly. Fair winds and following seas, Shipmate.

I´ll miss you so, so much, Phil. You were so kind, generous and loving. And, I´m certain you were everyone´s favorite to hang out with as it was a given you´d have the best time and laughs ever with Phil and Patti. Thank you for being the best brother in-law I could have ever hoped for. You were such a blessing in my life and a real Prince and you´ll forever hold a special place in my heart. Rest peacefully and know we´ll all be here for Patti. Love you, Phil.
