A son domicile de Québec, le 22 septembre 2017, à l'âge de 81 ans, est décédé M. Fernand Cloutier fils de feu M. Albert Cloutier et de feu Dame Eva Bernard. Il laisse dans le deuil ses 3 filles : Christine (Filiep Callewaert), Marie-France (Mark Dussault) et Brigitte; ses petits-enfants : Jennifer et William Dussault, Anthony Cloutier et Pieter et Ruben Callewaert; son frère feu Yvon (Shirley Cloutier);son amie Suzanne Couture, la mère de ses filles Louise Richard, ses neveux et nièces : Chantal, Tammy et Michel Cloutier, ainsi que plusieurs cousins, cousines, autres parents et ami(e)s. La famille recevra les condoléances au :

Le vendredi 29 septembre de 14h à 17h et de 19h à 22h ainsi que le samedi 30 septembre de 9h à 11h. Une liturgie de la parole suivra à 11h en la chapelle du salon funéraire. Les cendres de M. Cloutier seront déposées au cimetière St-Pierre-aux-Liens.
