Flo came into my life in 2005 when I started to work at Healthsouth Rehab (Encompass Health) as a RNT/ LNA. She was the evening 3-11pm nursing supervisor, and after a bit I became the unit Secretary and worked closely with Flo. She taught me so much, how to transcribe doctors orders, especially medications accurately, ask questions-don't just assume, be compassionate and have fun.
