Dear Hintons, So sorry you must say goodbye to Fran. Reading her obituary made me sad but also grateful that she lived a good life as a woman who loved her God, her family and her fellow human beings. She raised fine sons, too. Please send me contact information for Mark, Scott and Rob as well as a suggestion for a contribution to a charity in her memory. Marika, Greg and Becky Handakas. 570-387-8330. [email protected]

Fran was so much fun to talk with. My mom enjoyed taking her class at Lake Shore Athletic Club many years ago. Her energetic nature was inspiring.

Fran's circle was large. Family, friends, her church congregation and anyone she encountered in her life story. A love of laughter, keen sense of humor, ability to laugh at herself and such great tales to share of a life lived fully. Her presence was a force and is missed. I am blessed to have known her. Prayers of condolence and comfort for the family as they adjust to their lives without her.

The time spent with Aunt Frances was always special but short. I will greatly miss all her great stories. All our love, Elaine and family

Fran had such a spark and contagious energy. She had a quick wit and a knowing glance. Fran was always so much fun to be around. She will be missed! We are so sorry for your families loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time.
