Dear Terry, Cathy, and Leslie, I was so sad when I saw Fran's obituary in the paper. Perrysburg has lost a wonderful treasure. I mostly knew her as that wonderful Girl Scout leader, at least that is how we met. But Fran's wonderful, friendly personality was so warm that she quickly became a friend.
