Not sure what to say?

My love and prayers go out to the family of Frances Noyan as they adjust to life without this amazing woman. Although Fran worked for me 10-12 years at my fabric shop on Plumas Street in Yuba City, I always thought of her as a friend rather than an employee. She was so talented, conscientious, smart and reliable, it was a pleasure to work with her. I will miss her.

Fran was a beautiful sweet soul. I loved how she talked about her kitties with such fondness. She will be missed by many. Prayers for peace and joy in the memories you share.

Sincere condolences to her family. Frances was a special women who will be missed.

Dear Frances, I miss you. I admired you so much. It is heartbreaking to lose you. I will always remember you.

Our Mom was an amazing person. She has so many friends and family that love her unconditionally. She loved her cats and took care of at least 4 feral cats, not just feeding them, but getting them fixed and giving them safe shelter. She was an amazing seamstress and I will be forever grateful that she taught me to sew. She had so many stories about her life in France and moving to the states and becoming a citizen almost 60 years ago. She loved this country and the freedom that it stands...

Thoughts and prayers with you all. I will miss Nana, one of the toughest and at the same time most kind woman I´ve ever met. She was never my "step-grandmother" always just Nana who you could count on.

Sad and shocked to hear of Fran´s passing She had just altered some clothes She was devoted to her family and cats. She was a caretaker for her son until he died. Fran was a talented seamstress for many years and well known in Yuba City Bob and I shall miss her. Condolences to her family.

My Thoughts and Prayers to Frances family and children this is such a loss to our community. Have known her for many years and daughter went to school with Angela...Will miss her.
