Not sure what to say?

When we heard the news we were in shock. Our lasting memory of Frances is at our daughter Sheny's wedding. Frances was wearing a beautiful sari, dancing with Reza, smiling and fully enjoying herself.

Reza and Afsaneh, we love you both and you are truly part of our family. We await your next visit to Edmonton and if there is anything you ever need please count on us.

Love,

Our dearest Mrs. Z,

Thank you for being the generous, honest, loving, supportive, and stunningly beautiful west coast mom to us. We will always remember you and the times we shared in Costa Rica, Boston, and especially at our wedding....your presence meant so much to us. We promise to be there for Afsaneh, Mr. Z, and your family as we too have felt your warmth and love.

Love always,

Dear Mrs. Z (Ninang)

I can't believe that you're really gone. I will miss you forever! You have been an angel on earth but, now you've returned home to your rightful place. But, I will miss you everyday and think about you always. I'm so glad to have the privilege to of known you and to experience your love.

To our Dearst Auntie/Ninang Frances: Today was such a hard day to say "Good Bye" to you. I only wish I could have one more day with you to tell you how much I love you and appreciated everything you've done for us and the whole family. You will forever be in our hearts. Love always, Marlene, Bobby and Jordan Mikayla

Dearest Afsaneh and Reza,

She will be missed.
My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.

I will remember the time we spent time together on the Thanksgiving, many dinner occasions, the graduation ceremony and, most of all, Sheny's wedding in Canada. During the trip and while we were in a car, I was not very good at giving a direction but she was so patient and believed in my sense of direction. Frances was truly the most beautiful, generous, warm,...

Dear Afsaneh and Z family,

I can't imagine what the years at HSPH would have been like if not peppered by Mrs. Z's visits. She was always and always will be a force in this world, one of strength, fun, positiveness, and determination. I am happy to have known her, both in person and through Afsaneh. I am so sorry for your loss.

Dearest Afsaneh and Dr Z,
I pray for you both at this heartbreaking time. I only had the honour of meeting Mrs Z once but her kindness, love and grace will stay with me forever. I cannot express how deeply sorry I am for your devastating loss and please know that although I am writing this from continents away you are both in my thoughts and prayers.

Afsaneh
I didn't have to know your mom to know how great she is-I know you. and can tell you have a piece of her in you! After reading all the wonderful letters I know your mom was amazing! she seem to have such a zest for life! As soon as you look at her picture-you see your smile!
She will continue to swile with you!
My sympathies to you and your family.

Dear Reza and Afsaneh,

I had the great privilege of knowing Frances and i will always remember her as an extraordinary person that opened her home to us.
