Not sure what to say?

Frank and I were freshman football recruits at MSU in 1962. I was from Canton, Ohio, not to far from Frank´s Pittsburgh. We connected and were friends and roommates in one form or another until 1966. It seemed as if our competitive spirit was immediately at play as we both liked cards...specifically Crazy 8´s. Hours were lost in chasing the dream of being the best. R.I.P. Frank. You will be missed by many people. GOD bless you. Our deepest sympathies are with you Connie and your family.

Even though we didn't know him well, Frank Altimore was 'larger than life' in Midland!! Good for Him and All of You!! Our Condolences to you all!

I was a teammate of Frank´s at Central Catholic. He was a funny guy, but tough as nails. Nobody messed with him on the field. I´m sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family.

Dear Connie, We were so sorry to hear of Franks passing. Our prayers and thoughts are with you during this difficult time. He will be missed.

Dear Connie and family, so sorry to read of Franks passing. May you find peace and smiles remembering all the wonderful memories you made together. Elaine Crewes

I am so very sorry to see this. Frank Altimore was AWESOME and such (what is the right word?) - such a very unifying and strong person- in the City of Midland. He was a friend to MANY people. May God Bless You All- as you Commemorate a very Special Person from Midland. Prayers for You all... Linda and Jerry Williamson

I enjoyed Frank´s company, especially on the golf course. Bantering was a highlight with the competition. Enjoy the Great Fairway in the sky Frank. Your putt breaks right.

That year was exciting for Midland football as we won the State title that Fall. Coach Altimore was a big part of our success. We were inspired by Coach Altimore´s stories of football at MSU and college life. In fact his stories were a large...
