My deepest condolences to Professor Bae's wife Ann and family. I worked for Frank as a librarian for five years in the 80s and looking back I remember his compassion and kindness to myself and the other staff. When a friend who worked in the library died very young, while she was hospitalized Frank would not accept her resignation so her health insurance could continue.
