Not sure what to say?

I met Father Frank at Sacred Heart School of Theology when we were seminarians. Frank was ordained on December 11thm 2006 and I was ordained on December 15th, 2006 in Pueblo, Colorado. We took classes together, especially Homiletics along with Father Chuck Huck. We were the only three in that class. We were all ordained in Decelber 2006. Frank was a gracious and kind man. A great example of servant and compassionate mentor. He loved the Lord and was always centered in seminary. ...

I am very sorry to learn of the death of my former colleague and friend. I extend my condolences to his family and friends.

I first met Fr. Frank, then Frank Bussmann 39 yrs ago. We were both young. Frank had been in private law practice for two years and I was the Assistant Law Librarian in the Saint Louis County Courthouse. Years later I heard a voice cry out, "Joe." Fr. Frank only was our pastor for two years at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Montgomery City. But he was so committed to involvement in our various committees. He worked with the people, met to discuss how to best prepare for special liturgies. He developed beautiful liturgies for First Reconciliation & First Holy Communion. He was very thoughtful.

My husband and I met Fr. Frank through our marriage classes and wedding. He was such a wonderful man and priest. He talked about his family often. We were blessed to know him and he will truely be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Dear Father Frank,
May God rest your soul.
You are very dear to us, and will always hold a special place in our hearts.
We will miss you.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family at this time.

A kind man and a dear friend. He was so grateful for the gift of being a priest. He put so much effort into his preaching. I will miss him. Many thanks to his family for sharing him with us, and may God comfort you in your sadness. "Come, Fr. Frank, and share in your Master's joy!"
