Not sure what to say?

Great man great cop new as a kid very important to my upbringing Michael S

I met Frank when I boxed at The Boston Arena Annex in about 1964ish ..I was a LT-heavyweight and Frank was a heavy weight..I won my first fight there and Frank came over to me and gave me some valuable advice..He was the New England heavy weight champ at the time...I didn't know him but was very impressed that he would help out a stranger..It was good advice..I boxed for a few more years and got out..Way too many managers and promoters getting rich and the fighters getting broke..
RIP...

I am so sorry to here about Frank's passing. Frank knew me ever since our childhood whether at the Boy's club over the QPD, or swimming at the Quincy quarries, to deer hunting in the Berkshires. He was so full of laughter and fun to be with. He loved to see me when every our paths crossed. Sorry I missed the wake; I only wished that I had known.

Carol. I am so sorry about Frank. He was so full of fun. Love to call me. Tocchio . Sorry I missed the wake. I am sure you have heard by now that my brother. Jackie has passed too.
I guess they both will be raising Hell in heaven together. Can you believe within days of each other . Will miss both of them

Frank was a friend of my father, Peter Barr Brown, Jr, also a Quincy resident. The last time I saw Frank was when I was a teenager going through troubled times and he had lent a helping hand. He struck me as a kind man and I was sad to have come across his obituary. May he rest in peace.
Peter Barr Brown, 3rd

Condolences, fondly, to Carol and family. A lot of laughs and jokes played,at Dave's Atlantic gas station many years ago. Joe,Frank and Mike had us always laughing with stories, anytime they came in.

R.I.P. old friend, Ricky Beaudoin

We went to the Adams Elementary School together. A lot of great memories with Frankie. He was a cop's cop.

Frank was a great guy. He had the beat in Norfolk Downs, he spent time with us in Balducci's. Fun times, he will be missed by all, Rose Fougere
