Not sure what to say?

Savoia and DeCesare's are legends and never to be forgotten the outstanding generosity and care each patron received- Frank had great Class and passed it on to Dennis- Helen and Dennis your are in my thoughts

Dennis, I was so sorry to hear about your loss. My deepest and most sincere sympathy goes out to you and your family.

I was one of the "kids" that Bart writes about above. Frank and Helen were my first employers when I was a young person at 15 years of age. Frank had such a warm, kind spirit and he was always open and supportive to all of us young employees who worked for him. I guess that is why many of us stayed with him for a lot of years. His restaurant at that time, Savoia, was a second home for us, which he and Helen made it that comfortable place for us to work...and play.

My thoughts and...

Our Sympathy goes out to the entire Decesare family. Special sympathy and prayers go to Frank's dear brother Sy and Grace. We enjoyed many great diners at DeCesare's. Frank always took great care of his brother SY. We enjoyed the special attention as a guest of SY and Grace. Our prayer and thoughts are with you.

Dear Brother:
You are in my thoughts and prayers today and always.

Im sorry about Frankie, he was a delight to know at Leisy's, Frankie and Art were true gentlemen, it was nice to interact with them.
My thoughts will always cherish the memories. ............................God rest his soul in heaven.

My dear Dawn and the DeCesare family,
With sadness and love I send you my sincere sympathy.
Oh, what great memories we all have of dear Frank and what a wonderful life and job he gave to many. Some of my closest friends are the family we all cherish from our years working together.
Your generousity touched many and you'll be missed.
We all have another angel to watch over us.

My deepest condolences to the DeCesare family.

Frank was a kind and generous man and he will be greatly missed.

I have wonderful memories of dinners with my children, grandchildren and friends at DeCesares, the greatest restaurant ever!
