I met Frank in1975 when I became a member of 25 Engine in Battalion 10. Chief Drago was always respected as one of the "good chiefs" in Batt 10. Additionally, he was loved by all the men he supervised. Professional, fair, and dependable. Words that adequately describe Chief Drago. RIP, Frank. Elmer Carr. Retired SFFD
